This course is for both beginners and people who have a bit of experience with sous vide. You’ll be able to pick and choose the content you're interested in in the course.
I wanted to make this course easy to use for all types of learners, so there are texts, videos, and graphics available to make everything as easy to digest as possible!
I include all of my equipment recommendations within the course so even if you don’t have a sous vide machine yet, this is a great place to learn what you might want to buy. To work through the course content, you’ll need a sous vide machine.
