Ready to uplevel your food blogging career, establish yourself as an expert and finally publish your own cookbook?

Get the exact process I used (and am now using AGAIN) to plan, write, design, self-publish and market your cookbook!

Are you a food blogger who's always wanted to write a cookbook, but has no idea where to start?

Have you ever felt...

Like you had no sense of direction for your food blogging business?

That you're lost in the sea of other food bloggers?

That you needed something to give you authority and help you stand out, but what?

Then you and I are alike...

This was me a few years ago. I've been a food blogger since 2010 and it has always been a hobby that I took seriously only intermittently. I wanted a sense of purpose, direction, and something to give me authority in the crowded food blogging space.

A cookbook is the obvious answer to accomplishing all of that, but where to even BEGIN. When the topic hit me in 2017 (SOUS VIDE!!!) I knew I had to find a way to make it happen, but was so discouraged by the prospect.

Imagine if...

 • People wanted you on their TV shows, podcasts, and events

 • You had a new way to connect with your audience and grow your community

 • You had complete control over how your recipes were presented and the design of your

    cookbook

Live TV Tips + Tricks

Local TV is the most effective thing I’ve done to sell my book. I'm sharing everything I've learned along the way!

The Cookbook Lab is the ideal resource for those looking to self publish. After such a headache and endless hours of cookbook research, I was so glad I finally found this! It went through every question I've had about the logistics of making a cookbook a reality. I haven't found anything else like it. I wasn't quite sure I had enough skills or a large enough audience to publish a book, and Chelsea made me realize how possible it is and gave me the right tips to actually make it profitable.

"I have been cooking and teaching professionally for 20 years and I have always dreamed of publishing my own cookbook. But I knew nothing about self-publishing a cookbook.

Bringing my knowledge out of the kitchen seemed almost impossible. Where to begin? I had no idea.

Thankfully I found The Cookbook Lab. Chelsea lays everything out in step by step detail.

Starting with choosing a topic for your book all the way through to marketing and selling your book, she covers it all. It’s an amazing resource complete with personal support.

If you are ready to take the plunge and publish your own book this program is perfect and there is nothing else like it out there."

Hey, I'm Chelsea!

I’m the blogger behind the food blog A Duck’s Oven and cookbook author of Everyday Sous Vide: it's all French to me.

I recently quit my job as a marketing director to pursue my real passion full time: food blogging!

I self-published a cookbook myself 2 years ago and have been approached with 3 cookbook deals since then. I’ve done multiple speaking appearances, cooking demos, podcast tapings, and TV spots in promotion of my book.

And now, I'm working on self-publishing cookbook #2!

Hey, I'm Carly!

I’m a graphic designer and food photographer

I have a BA in Fine Art, focusing on photography and art history and visual communication and 10 years of graphic design experience and photography experience. I am self taught via books, courses, and tutorials, but I mostly learned by seeing how my designs and photography worked or didn't work to drive sales and communicate information.

I believe you can make great work with very little. If you have a big dream, you should go for it: I've been there and I can help forge your own path so you don't have to go it alone.
